Great location for outdoor activities, such as cross country skiing and hiking. Very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff was very helpful. Delicious and plentiful dinner. The wellness area was fantastic with a large pool and a variety of saunas.
A safe in the room would have been useful. A bit pricey, but worth the value for a family holiday.

The stunning scenery surrounding the hotel provides a beautiful backdrop for walkers and hikers. With spacious and modern rooms in the new building, guests can enjoy the convenience of an underground tunnel connecting to the main complex, leading directly to the sauna and swimming pool. the hotel offers a great service of allowing guests to make their own sandwiches for a picnic lunch.
The lack of available WiFi throughout the entire hotel can be inconvenient needing to stay connected.

The food was superb, we never had a bad meal and always had great service. the views of the mountains were incredible and added to the charm of the hotel. the location is perfect for hiking fans with easy access to a variety of trails. We also enjoyed the spa facilities which were very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Dislikes: the rooms were a bit outdated and could do with a bit of renovating. the Wi-Fi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel which made it difficult to stay connected. overall, we had a lovely experience and enjoyed our city break at this hotel.
